At La Beauté, we have strict salon policies to ensure we are able to provide an amazing service and experience. 

Cancellations

We understand that your plans may change and you may have to cancel, reschedule or amend your appointment. If you do need to reschedule, amend or cancel your appointment we request 24 hours notice. Otherwise a late cancellation fee may apply.

Please Note:

  • Changes must be made before 5:00pm on the day prior to your appointment.

  • Any changes received after 5:00pm will be considered received the following day and may be classed as a late cancellation.

  • For Monday appointments, changes must be made by 4:00pm Friday, as we are closed Saturday and Sunday.

  • Our answerphone service is available for cancellations outside of opening hours or when we are unable to answer the phone due to being in treatment.

No Show 

If you fail to show for a booked appointment then this will incur a "No Show Fee” which is 80% of the total for the booked appointment. 

Arrival Time

We ask that you allow enough time to enjoy your experience at La Beauté. Please ensure that you arrive five minutes prior to any scheduled appointment.

Confirming Appointments

When committing to an appointment time, we hold that time for you in good faith, and trust that you have also held that time for us. To further assist with you keeping that appointment with us, we send you a courtesy reminder of your appointment 2 days prior to your scheduled time.

Hours

Monday:  9am - 5pm 

Tuesday: 7.30am - 6pm 

Wednesday:  8am - 6 / 7pm 

Thursday:  8am - 7pm

Friday:  8am - 6pm 

Saturday:  by appointment

Courier Service

We offer courier delivery for all our products to any destination within NZ. A courier fee may apply.

Treatment Options

We believe our treatment menu caters for all needs however we are more than happy to tailor our treatments to design the perfect experience for you. Please do not hesitate to let us know your requests and we will happily work with you to come up with your ideal indulgence.
